July 10-15, Thursday through Tuesday
Motel accomodations are available, as we get closer I will have more information on that.
Flying in? Either Albany or Syracuse would be a good bet, both are a little over an hour away.
Campgrounds are available at KOA, about a 15 min drive away.
This year, because of the unexpected turnout we had last year, we will have to limit the number of people in the shop per day. The shop is small, and it can get quite crowded really fast. This causes saftey issues, frustration, among other things. We want everybody to enjoy thier time here. There will unfortunatley be a capacity of 30 people per day working (observers are not included in this), meaning that if someone comes for Thursday and leaves Friday, that opens a slot for the following days. Also, preference will be given to previous attendees up to June 1st. PLEASE, PM me with your intentions, and the dates you are attending, so we can make this a smooth running event for everybody.
